INSPECTION AGENT PAID A VISIT AND WORKED AT HANOI PRINTING JSC

On June 2015, Hanoi Printing JSC was proudly awarded for Lots (# 1,2 &3) of bid named: Printing and Supply of 13.8 Million General Educational Textbooks for Grades 1-12, Publication and Information Department, Ministry of Education, Kabul, Afghanistan (13,853,966 textbooks) against Contract Ref. No. MOE/G-72/ICB for the contract price of  USD 1,844,949.00. This is the second time Hanoi Printing JSC was awarded by Ministry of Education, Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

 

On July 2015 Hanoi Printing JSC welcomed Mr. Shahzad Khan from Avias Hyder Liaqat Nauman (AHLN) as the inspection agent introduced by Ministry of Education who visited and worked at both main office and factory in Hanoi, Vietnam. The initial purpose is to get introduced with the person responsible for textbooks printing project, coordinate and prepare the plans based on printing schedule. The contemporaneous aim of visiting and working is to assist Hanoi Printing JSC during the process of printing textbook under the contract.

 

Mr. Shahzad Khan spent an full day visiting and working at Hanoi Printing JSC’s factory with some working contents turn and turn about Meeting room (Greeting and information conference), Documentation Cheking, On-site factory Audit, Conclusion & Report.

 

Hanoi Printing JSC prepared everything carefully to coordinate and co-operate with the inspection agent. Three company’s representatives who work in person with Mr. Shahzad Khan include Ms. Nguyen Thi Oanh (The General Director), Mr. Nguyen Quy Anh (The Factory’s Director) and Ms. Luu Thi Thu (Vice Manager of Export & Import Department).

Apart from introduction by Ministry of Education, Mr. Shahzad Khan also sent the dummies to SGS as an international laboratory in Hochiminh City, Vietnam for inspection and test.

 

Hanoi Printing JSC is now still on process of printing textbooks for this project. The earliest shipment date is estimated on this December, 2015.
